Cancellation policy

At Ice Fabric Vault, we specialize in supplying quality fabrics, many of which are sourced or prepared based on customer requests. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.


1. Purchase Options

 

Customers may purchase fabrics through the following options:

  • Full payment upfront, or
  • Deposit-based orders, where applicable, with balance paid before delivery or shipment.


All orders are confirmed only after payment or deposit has been successfully received.


2. Order Processing

 

  • Once payment is confirmed, your order enters processing and preparation.
  • Fabric cutting, sourcing, or reservation may begin immediately after confirmation.
  • Order details (quantity, color, design, weight, and specifications) must be reviewed carefully before confirmation.


 

3. Cancellation Policy

 

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun, as fabrics are cut, reserved, or sourced specifically for each customer.
  • Requests to cancel before processing starts may be considered, but approval is not guaranteed.
  • If cancellation is approved before processing, any refund may be subject to administrative or transaction charges.


 

4. No Refund After Processing

 

  • Once an order has been processed, cut, or dispatched, no cancellations, refunds, or reversals will be accepted.
  • This applies to bulk, wholesale, discounted, and special-request orders.


 

5. Out-of-Stock or Supplier Issues

 

  • In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable after payment, Ice Fabric Vault may offer:
    • A replacement option,
    • Store credit, or
    • A refund at our discretion.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for confirming:
    • Fabric type
    • GSM / weight
    • Color and design
    • Quantity
  • Ice Fabric Vault will not be liable for errors arising from incorrect order details provided by the customer.
