At Ice Fabric Vault, all fabric sales are considered final. Due to the nature of our products, we operate a strict No Return, No Exchange, No Refund policy on all items purchased, including bale fabrics, cut fabrics, and accessories.

Why This Policy Applies

• Fabrics are sold by cut, measurement, or open bale, making them impossible to restock or resell in their original condition.
• We encourage customers to inspect, feel, and verify their chosen fabrics before purchase.
• For wholesale bales, customers are advised to check bale condition, weight, and labeling before completing payment.

Customer Responsibility

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that:

• They have inspected the item(s).
• They are satisfied with the quality, texture, and measurement.
• They agree to the No-Return Policy in full.

Exceptions

The only exception is in the rare case of a wrong item being supplied in error by Ice Fabric Vault. In such cases, the issue must be reported immediately upon receipt.
