At Ice Fabric Vault, we aim to provide fast, safe, and reliable shipping for all fabric and bale orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer the following delivery options depending on your location:

Local Delivery (Within City/Region)

  • Same-day or next-day delivery based on order time.
  • Delivery fees vary by distance and order size.
  • Express delivery available at an additional cost.

Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)

  • Dispatch within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery timelines depend on third-party logistics partners (1–5 days).

International Shipping

  • Available for selected countries.
  • Rates vary based on destination, fabric weight, and courier charges.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed after full payment is received.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM may be processed the following business day.
  • During high-demand periods (new arrivals, promotions), processing time may extend.

3. SHIPPING FEES

  • Calculated based on weight, volume, distance, and courier rates.
  • Fees are non-refundable once shipping has been initiated.
  • Bulk orders may attract pallet or bale handling fees.

4. PACKAGING

We ensure secure packaging to protect fabric integrity:

  • Bales wrapped and sealed
  • Cut fabrics folded and bagged
  • Fragile items handled with care

For international shipments, additional protective wrapping may apply.

5. TRACKING & CONFIRMATION

  • Tracking numbers (if available) will be provided after dispatch.
  • Customers will receive SMS or WhatsApp confirmation upon shipment.
  • For local deliveries, dispatch riders may call before arrival.

6. DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

Once dispatched:

  • Ice Fabric Vault is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after handover to the courier.
  • Customers must ensure accurate delivery addresses and reachable contact numbers.

 

 

7. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

 

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong address
  • Unreachable phone numbers
  • Customer unavailabilit

The shipment may be returned, and redelivery charges will apply.

8. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs clearance
  • Import taxes
  • Local postal fees
  • Government restrictions

Please confirm eligibility before placing orders.

 

 

 

9. PICKUP OPTION 

 

Customers may choose pickup at the Ice Fabric Vault warehouse/store.

Pickup hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Mon–Sat)

Orders must be picked up within 3 days after payment to avoid storage fees.
