What is the return policy?
Return & Refund Policy
Damaged or incorrect orders: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Change of mind: Returns are not accepted if you simply change your mind or no longer need the fabric.
Opened or altered fabric: Cut, washed, used, altered, or damaged fabrics cannot be returned.
Wholesale bales: Opened or partially used bales are not eligible for return.
Custom orders: Customized or specially sourced fabrics are non-returnable once sourcing or production has started.
Pre-orders from China: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once sourcing or production has commenced, unless Ice Fabric Vault supplied the wrong item.
Return approval: Contact us and receive approval before sending any item back.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.
Order confirmation: Customers are encouraged to confirm fabric type, design, colour, quantity, and other requirements before placing an order.
Our discretion: Each return request will be reviewed individually and resolved according to the circumstances.
